Alison is fantastic . She has made me feel human again . Words cannot express how different I feel after seeing her . I visited for three appointments. Alison is warm bubbly and instantly puts you at ease. Even being in her presence is uplifting! She used crystals , meditations during relaxation.i feel so invigorated after the sessions. It brought up all emotions but the clearance and calm I feel after is priceless. Alison’s techniques have helped me feel different about life and I have a fresh approach to the future .can’t recommend her enough and will be visiting again. I have had counselling before, which don't get me wrong was good however when I was introduced to Alison it was on another level! she is incredible! I have had 3 sessions with her now and it has opened my eyes massively and I can honestly say she has saved me. I met Alison 7 years ago at a Garden Centre (of all places) and felt like i had known her a lifetime! 

I’ve always had an interest in crystals and had some crystal healing sessions a couple of years ago which transformed my mental health. 

Last week i attended the Foundation Level Crystal Therapy Course to get a better understanding of Crystals…. and OMG i left with so much more. Amazing value for money… I genuinely looked foward to each day, Ali has such an amazing uplifting aura and such a fun teaching style!!
